Terms of offer

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The winner must provide and have approved by the landlord a description of the activities to take place on the premises.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the rental agreement.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable notification of the rental decision.

Offers
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from bidders and to reject all bids. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.

Bidding period

The bidding period starts on 1 February 2026 and ends on 28 February 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be made via the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. The property can only be rented to a bidder who has submitted a bid recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid and is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for acceptance of an offer

Acceptance of an offer and conclusion of the lease require that the tenant has no adverse entries on their credit record and that the tenant, the tenant's owner or any party exercising control over the tenant is not subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union or the United Nations. By making an offer the tenant warrants that these conditions are met.

Viewing the property

The property is let as seen and with the fittings described in the advertisement and at the time of signing the agreement. Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and documents themselves before making a binding offer. The tenant cannot afterwards rely on a matter that could have been detected during the inspection. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Signing the lease

The deposit must be paid in full and the lease signed no later than one month from the date the decision notification is sent to the tenant, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
