Inspection of the property
Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection.

Information supplied by the seller

The seller warrants they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price is made at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to conclude the purchase will, pursuant to the Land Code, be liable to compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The seller has the right to reject the highest offer.
