1. General

2. Inspection of the property

If the purchase price is not paid on the due date and still not paid within 14 days of the seller's written reminder, the seller is entitled to cancel the sale and retain the deposit as liquidated damages. The seller also has the right to claim from the buyer compensation for all losses resulting from the cancellation, including any difference in resale price, sales costs and the property's maintenance costs up to the cancellation. The buyer undertakes to sign a document concerning the cancellation when the conditions for cancellation are met and to pay the notary fee in the cancellation situation.
7. Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice. The buyer is also responsible for the costs of registration of title and any bank charges.
8. Withdrawal from the sale and sanctions
