Terms of offer

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The winner must provide and have approved by the landlord a description of the intended activities to be carried out on the premises.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the lease.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be passed on by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable the rental decision and related communications.

Offers
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from bidders and to reject all offers. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.

Offer period

The offer period starts 1 Feb 2026 and ends 28 Feb 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids (offers) must be made in the Huutokaupat.com service by the specified time. The property can be rented only to the person who has made a registered bid in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The division is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

Bids made in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for acceptance of an offer

Acceptance of an offer and conclusion of the lease require that the tenant has no adverse credit entries and that neither the tenant, the tenant’s owner entity nor any party exercising control over the tenant is subject to sanctions by the European Union or the UN. By submitting an offer the tenant warrants that these conditions are met.

Viewing the property

The property is let in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of signing the agreement. Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and documents themselves before submitting a binding offer. The tenant may not later refer to any matters that could have been observed during the prior inspection. By submitting a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Signing the lease

The security deposit must be paid in full and the lease signed no later than one month after notification of the decision has been sent to the tenant, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
