Inspection of the property
Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing meeting. Statutory charges arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
