Terms of Sale

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 27 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

 

The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer via a private sale on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 27 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

 

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

 

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest on the whole purchase price under section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The current annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is 2.50%.

 

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 25 February 2026 at 12:00 at the latest to:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.

 

If it is not possible to leave a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 25 February 2026 at 12:00 to the address below

The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for registration of title, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

 

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
