Terms of Sale

The object is sold in an online auction with bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 5–24 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 24 February 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. A written offer must be delivered by post or email so that it is received by the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 February 2026 at 16:15. Payment terms

The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. Once the payment is visible on the account, the bailiff issues the sales decision, which will be sent to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.


Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.


Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest is payable on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the payment deadline. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted period, annual default interest will be charged, which is currently 9.50%.


Buyer’s liabilities
