AUCTION TERMS

Terms of sale

The seller has the right to accept or reject the highest bid submitted. The decision to accept a bid will be made by the Technical Committee in the meeting where the decision proposal is considered. The buyer undertakes to sign the sale within one month of the Technical Committee's decision becoming legally effective. The seller's deed of sale will be used. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to the seller's nominated account before signing the deed. At completion, the buyer undertakes to sign the ground lease for plot 609-56-9-1.

Information provided by the seller

Property and zoning information are based on public authority registers and other certified documents. The residential building's year of commissioning is provided.

Building materials, floor area, floor plan, water and electricity connections.

Viewing the property

Bidders must inspect the property before making an offer.

Bidding

Bids must be placed in the huutokaupat.com service by the specified deadline.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs incurred in arranging the failed auction of €500, or, if the seller accepts the next highest bid, the difference between the bids if it is greater than €500.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer must pay the purchase price to the seller's nominated bank account before the deed signing event and present the receipt at the signing.

Ownership of the building transfers to the buyer after signing the deed and paying the purchase price. The buyer receives possession of the plot after signing the ground lease.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the separately prepared ground lease and the terms stated therein.

The seller is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system recognises as highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings as advertised and as they are at the time of sale.
