Seized shares in Asunto Oy Pietarsaaren Alholminkatu 43 (Bostads Ab Alholmsgatan 43), numbers 800–931 in Pietarsaari, which entitle possession of a 3-room + kitchen apartment of approx. 64 m² at Luutavuorenkatu 15, 68600 Pietarsaari.

Transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price. Under the Transfer Tax Act, the taxable purchase price includes, in addition to the cash purchase price, any company loan shares and any maintenance charge receivables that transfer to the buyer. If there are several buyers, each buyer must submit their own transfer tax declaration and pay their share of the transfer tax.
