Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €7,000 into the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account. Acceptance of the bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.
