The property is sold in the condition it is in at the time of the listing and at the time of sale. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The sale of the property will be handled by the company's board. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. No warranty is provided for the property. Descriptions in the listing are only the seller's estimates of the property. Participants in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making binding offers. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the property's condition as is. The buyer is responsible for all ancillary costs related to the sale, e.g. partitioning fees, the notary's fee and land registration costs.

Inspection of the property

Bidders are obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on matters that could have been noticed in a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all known information that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The notary's fee is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
