Foreclosed detached-house property, Varkaus

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 29 October 2026 and 19 November 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 19 November 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 at the latest, by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to National Enforcement Authority Finland, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number in the online auction service to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. In principle, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who submitted the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has submitted a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
