The property will be sold by bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com

between 28.10.2026 and 18.11.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The deadline for bids is 18.11.2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 16.11.2026 at 12:00 at the following address

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Other information

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents carefully. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for registration of title,

unless exempt from paying transfer tax.
