The property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 12 October to 2 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 2 November 2026 at 13.00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
The property has been enforced and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
Terms of payment
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If it can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official client funds account. Once the payment is credited to the official client funds account, the enforcement officer will issue the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of no more than six weeks from the sale decision will be granted for the balance of the purchase price. In that case, annual interest is payable on the entire purchase price for the whole payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual late-payment interest, currently 9.50%, will be charged thereafter.
Obligations transferred to the buyer
Upon transfer of title to the property, the buyer must independently pay transfer tax of 3% before applying for registration of title and no later than six months after the deed of sale is signed. The buyer is responsible for the registration costs and transfer tax.
