The property has been seized and is being sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. Bids are made for the purchase price payable to the National Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus section on obligations and rights transferred to the buyer contains information on any shares of housing-company loans, unpaid maintenance charges or other receivables for which the buyer is responsible or which the buyer must pay to obtain possession of the apartment.
