The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 29/10/2026 to 19/11/2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 19/11/2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right, where necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. This will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as an online auction bid.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted as the highest bid and provide more detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been distrained and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying, where appropriate, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.
