Enforcement sale: detached house property in Varkaus, Könönpelto, Varkaus

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 28 October 2026 and 18 November 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 18 November 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer separately decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 at the latest, by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to National Enforcement Authority Finland, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number in the online auction service for which the offer is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a general rule, the buyer and new owner of the item is the person who submitted the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder submitted the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must provide a power of attorney or other evidence.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for lodging an appeal will be attached to the decision on the sale.
