The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 28 October 2026 to 18 November 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 18 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 16 November 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Pori office, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends from 28 October 2026 to 18 November 2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
