Offer terms

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer.

The competition winner must submit a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises and have it approved by the landlord.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the letting.

Bidders agree that Huutokaupat.com may disclose their contact details to the advertiser to enable the letting decision and notification thereof.

OffersThe City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from an offeror and the right to reject all offers. All offerors will be notified of the tenant selection.

Offer period 

The offer period begins on 26 October 2026 and ends on 15 November 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer. Offers (bids) must be submitted via the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. The premises may only be let to a party that has submitted an offer recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer accepted as the highest by the service provider's system.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for accepting an offer

Acceptance of an offer and conclusion of the tenancy agreement require that the tenant has no payment default entries in its credit records and that neither the tenant, the party owning the tenant nor the party exercising control over the tenant is subject to European Union or UN sanctions. By submitting an offer, the tenant confirms that these conditions are met.

Inspection of the premises

The premises are let in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and present when the agreement is signed. Before making an offer, the bidder must inspect the premises and documents independently before submitting a binding offer. The tenant may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts the condition of the premises as is.

Conclusion of the tenancy agreement

The security deposit must be paid in full and the tenancy agreement signed no later than one month after the decision notification addressed to the tenant has been sent, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All offerors will be notified of the tenant selection.
