Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Concluding the transaction

The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the transaction. The fee of the public purchase witness is paid equally by the seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Sharing contact details with the seller

Bidders agree that Huutokaupat.com may disclose their contact details to the seller to enable the sale decision to be made and communicated.

Withdrawal from the transaction

Under the Finnish Land Code, a party that refuses to complete the transaction must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the transaction.
