Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, the documents and the terms of the auction. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the time of completion of the transaction. Statutory fees arising from the sale shall be borne by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the transaction is, under the Land Code, liable to compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.

The seller has the right to reject the highest bid.
