The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has as stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Anything else visible in the images is not included unless separately stated. Any uncollected goods will revert to the seller’s ownership 14 days after payment (unless otherwise agreed), and the paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration will be carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct details. Any new invoices prepared afterwards with different details and any other additional work will be charged to the buyer! Any unpaid taxes on vehicles will always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on the parties involved, such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to the Money Laundering Act and sanctions matters are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
