Bid terms

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The winner of the competition must submit a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises and have it approved by the landlord.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the tenancy.

Bidders undertake to allow Huutokaupat.com to disclose their contact details to the advertiser to enable the rental decision and notification thereof.

BidsThe City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to request further information and clarifications from any bidder and the right to reject all bids. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.

Bidding period

The bidding period begins on 26.10.2026 and ends on 15.11.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be made via the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. The property may only be rented to a bidder whose bid is recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for accepting a bid

Acceptance of a bid and signing the tenancy agreement require that the tenant has no payment default entries and that neither the tenant, an entity owning the tenant nor an entity exercising control over the tenant is subject to European Union or UN sanctions. By submitting a bid, the tenant confirms that these conditions are met.

Inspection of the property

The property is rented in the condition and with the equipment stated in the advertisement and existing when the agreement is signed. Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property and documents independently before making a binding bid. The tenant may not subsequently invoke a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Signing the tenancy agreement

The deposit must be paid in full and the tenancy agreement signed no later than one month after the decision notice addressed to the tenant has been sent, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
