A zoning amendment may be initiated for the area in accordance with the buyer’s intended use of the property. The landowner is responsible for the costs of the zoning amendment in accordance with the municipality’s land policy programme. The school surroundings comprise several properties owned by the municipality. In addition to Block 310a, separately sold additional land may be agreed in connection with a possible zoning amendment. Block 310a has not been subdivided into a separate property. The block area is approximately 7,780 m², with total building rights of 2,335 m².

The municipality’s management team will make the final sale decision at its meeting on 19 November 2026.

Once informed of the sale decision, the winning bidder must pay a €2,000 deposit within three days into the account specified by the municipality.

The deed of sale must be signed by 15 December 2026 at the latest.

Bids made at the auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in liability for compensation.

If the highest binding bidder makes an unjustified bid, they must pay the seller a penalty of 20% of the auction price within three days.
