Property in Eteläinen with an unmeasured residential building and production/workshop hall, Hämeenlinna

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 26 October 2026 to 19 November 2026. The deadline for bids is 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates.

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the bidder whose bid was the highest and accepted, and provide further instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the bailiff pursuant to Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.
