Property 182-423-3-957 is sold by online auction on Huutokaupat.com from 30 October to 22 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 30 October to 22 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the offeror’s contact details, maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which it relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The offer must be submitted by 19 November 2026 at 12:00 at the Jyväskylä office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
The decision to accept or reject the highest bid will be made within the two working days following the end of the sale, or thereafter once the secured creditor has given its opinion on the sale.
Buyer’s liability for compensation
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
Deposit
The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit to the National Enforcement Authority’s official client funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.
Payment period
A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.
If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.
If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the buyer must pay default interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until it has been paid or a new sale has been conducted.
Applying for title registration and paying transfer tax
The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
The district bailiff will submit a property transfer notification to the National Land Survey of Finland.
Transfer of possession and title
The buyer obtains possession of the property when the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer may not use the property in a manner that reduces its value before receiving the deed of sale. The buyer obtains title to the property upon receiving the deed of sale. The deed of sale will be handed over once the full purchase price has been paid and the sale has become final.
Other information
The property has been seized and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.
Buyers are advised to inspect the property, sales brochure and attached documents carefully before submitting a bid.
The State has a right of pre-emption in the sale of property if acquiring the property is necessary to ensure national defence, border surveillance or border security, or to monitor or safeguard territorial integrity (Act on the State’s Right of Pre-emption in Certain Areas, 29 March 2019/469).
Persons from outside the EU and EEA may acquire property in Finland only if permission is granted for the acquisition (Act on the Permit Requirement for Certain Property Acquisitions, 29 March 2019/470). The buyer is responsible for obtaining the permit and fulfilling the related obligations. Further information is available on the Ministry of Defence website.
