Buyer's responsibility for collection and transport

The buyer is responsible for arranging the collection, loading, proper securing and transport of the purchased machine, as well as any costs incurred.

The buyer must ensure that the machine is handled and transported properly and safely. After handover, the buyer or the transport service used by the buyer is responsible for any damage caused to the machine during loading, handling or transport.

The buyer is recommended to inspect the machine before collection. The condition of the machine at the time of handover is documented with photographs.

Handover is deemed to have taken place when the buyer or the transport company authorised by the buyer has taken possession of the machine.
