The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 06.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti. Customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00 in the joint service area of the office building) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
