Seized 4.495 ha of forest and arable land in Puumala, Puumala

The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 18 June 2026 and 12 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price within the payment period, a new sale will be held. The buyer must compensate the difference if the highest bid in the new sale is lower than the previous highest bid increased by the interest referred to in section 24(2) of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. If the bid rises above that amount, the buyer has no right to the surplus. The buyer must also cover the costs of the later sale unless they are recovered from the surplus. The bailiff shall recover the said compensation from the deposit or other assets of the buyer if reasonably possible within a reasonable time. Otherwise the compensation will be recovered later by decision of the bailiff at the creditor’s request.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid for the automatic bid increment feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids placed in the online auction. The written offer must be submitted no later than 08 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Savonlinna office at Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference Sale number 3200000690).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The asset is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the bailiff in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
