The object will be sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 6 July–22 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the purchaser’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is seized and will be sold by private sale under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the offer can be accepted. If the offer can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. When the payment appears on the official account, the enforcement officer will issue a sales decision which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest is payable on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted period, annual default interest will be charged, currently 9.50%.

Buyer’s liabilities

On transfer of ownership, the buyer must pay transfer tax of three per cent on their own initiative before applying for title registration and no later than six months from the date of the deed of sale. The buyer is responsible for title registration costs and transfer tax.

The State has a pre-emptive right to purchase the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or for supervising or securing territorial integrity (Act on the State’s Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas, 29 March 2019/469).

Foreign persons defined by law may acquire property within the territory of the State of Finland only if permission is granted (Act on the State’s Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas, 29 March 2019/470).

The object is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 22 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted into the auction).

The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the purchaser’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer reserves the right to stop the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 20 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address Enforcement Authority / Kuusamo office, Kaiterantie 20, 93600 Kuusamo. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.
