Seized undeveloped property in Salo, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction organised on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 22 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit to the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account after acceptance of the bid. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, time to pay the remaining purchase price may be granted until 19 August 2026. Any extension will be notified separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest on the full purchase price will accrue in accordance with Interest Act section 3(2) for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment deadline.

If no extension is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay late payment interest on the full purchase price in accordance with Interest Act section 4(1) until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has taken place.

If it is not possible to place bids through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the item for sale. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for transfer of title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax voluntarily no later than when applying for title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
