The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged, before placing an offer, to familiarise themselves with the item, company documents and related records. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the sold item. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale that apply to this auction before placing an offer.
