The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on information that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note each bid has its own pickup fee; if you have multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. • 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the item, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing an offer.

And note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the offer will no longer bind the bidder.
