The lot has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer may not later refer to a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking a vehicle’s tax, registration and MOT details using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms of sale before placing a bid.
