• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms and conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
