Items come directly from use or storage and were photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, relevant company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the item.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return the item

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser warrants that the information in the listing is correct
