• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the buyer the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection fees with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
