The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, related documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later refer to matters that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller; no exchange or returns. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will pass to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the withdrawing bidder the difference between the new lower sale price and the original bid, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
