The lot is sold as seen and with the accessories shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the lot and related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done with the auction details — bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days up to weeks depending on parties involved such as creditors, finance companies etc., and whether checks related to the Anti‑Money Laundering Act and sanctions are required on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
