The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks related to the Money Laundering Act and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
