The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in pictures are not included unless specifically stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for any related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid using the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days up to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and whether checks related to the Money Laundering Act and sanctions are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
