The lot is sold as seen with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safe disassembly, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and any related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not liable for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details — bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued later with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid taxes on vehicles are always transferred to the buyer. Approval of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on parties involved such as creditors and finance companies and on whether checks related to anti-money‑laundering and sanctions are required. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
