The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe dismantling, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for any costs related to these. Items not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and any additional work will be charged to the buyer. Outstanding taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days up to weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to the Anti‑Money‑Laundering Act and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
