The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the lot and for the related costs. Goods not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price paid will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction information — bid with the correct details. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and any additional work will be charged to the buyer. Outstanding vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days up to weeks depending on parties such as creditors and finance companies and on whether money laundering and sanctions checks on the buyer are carried out. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
