Uncollected items revert to the seller’s ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not liable for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is made using the auction details — bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on parties involved such as creditors and finance companies and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
