The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for the related costs. Goods not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and any other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks under the Money Laundering Act and sanctions matters are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
