• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition, directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the listing. No inspector has examined the product, so hidden faults not visible in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item: Before placing a bid, the bidder must familiarise themselves with the item, the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple wins, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the goods carefully before purchase. Always check before buying any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws the purchase the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
