• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden faults that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must, before making an offer, familiarise themselves with the property, company documents and records relating to the lot. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty from the seller and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that have been inspected, not inspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
