• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate—please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new; defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicles’ tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration with the authorities may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.
