• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the documents relating to the company and related records. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes, if any, transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as possible agent and collection fees with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
